Translate this opinion into English.

To fully enjoy the experience, I recommend listening to Bianca. It's clear she loves Milan and knows it well. When it's time to enjoy The Last Supper, there's no need to rush to take photos. There's plenty of time. My advice is to listen to Bianca's explanations. This way, you'll understand the work much better and appreciate the miracle you're witnessing even more. Opinion translated.

It wasn't a good tour. We visited three different parts of the city, and the guide stayed for 40 minutes at each one. She only stayed for the last 10 minutes to visit the Church of Maria di Grazia. I also had to accept the change in language, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to continue the tour. They need to review these aspects. I've already taken two tours in Turin, and they were very good.

Bianca is a very knowledgeable and experienced person who shared a lot of interesting tidbits. She was very kind and friendly. The only downside was that we had trouble figuring out the meeting point. The description said it was in the galleries, opposite the bookstore, but then the map directed us to the street behind it. We arrived with plenty of time to spare, and yay, halfway through the day, nobody was there. We drove around a lot thinking we had the wrong address, and in the end, everything was fine, but... confusing.

Translate this opinion into English.

The painting was wonderful, but the guide and her explanations were quite poor. She was completely incomprehensible, and I didn't enjoy her explanations. The value for money was extremely high. Scheduling the visit at 2:15 pm in the middle of summer during a heatwave was a complete mistake.

It was very hot and the guide had too much information. We paid €75 for a 3-year-old child, which in my opinion wasn't worth it. These companies take all the official tickets so you have to suffer on their tours, paying whatever they want. I didn't like it.

Translate this opinion into English.

We loved the tour! It was very comprehensive. Our guide, Bianca, was very knowledgeable about history and always willing to answer our questions. The tour covered the entire historic center, culminating at the Santa Maria delle Grazie church, where we were moved by Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece. The guide explained each part of the work well, stopping at each section in great detail. I highly recommend this tour, especially since the main attraction is securing entry to The Last Supper. This Milan tour was a highlight of my trip. Seeing The Last Supper in person was unforgettable, and the guide’s insights made it even more meaningful. The walking tour was engaging, covering key landmarks and hidden spots with interesting stories. Well-paced and organized, it’s a great way to experience Milan’s art, history, and culture in one tour. I would highly recommend it for your first day in Milan to get a lay of the land.

The tour started at 2 pm and lasted three hours, as we didn't see The Last Supper until 4:45 pm. The tour guide was excellent. My advice is to bring a good hat, water, and, if possible, a chair, because when you arrive at the most anticipated stop, the last stop of the tour, you're so tired from standing and so hot that you hardly enjoy it as much as you should. A real shame.

Translate this opinion into English.

La guía, Blanca, buenísima. Recomendable 100%. Cero puntos. Translate this opinion into English.

The guide, Blanca, was excellent. 100% recommendable. However, and although it is neither the place nor the moment - I know - to cancel a tour (Navigli) for not meeting the minimum number of people is unacceptable. A weekend trip to Milan is planned well in advance, adjusting not only flights and accommodation but also visits. To have one planned and have it revoked due to insufficient numbers is absolutely despicable, both for the provider Golden Experience Tours and for Civitatis for allowing it. And this is not the first time. Zero points. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

I would like to thank our guide Bianca for the detailed explanations of the center of Milan and The Last Supper. Despite the unpleasant day, it was an enjoyable and informative few hours. On a less positive note, the receiver device (average) and having only one earpiece made Bianca's voice unclear at times. Opinion translated. Show original.
