The tour to Saona Island was very good. The attention from our guide, Ana, was very kind and concerned about the tourists and making sure everything was alright. I want to express my disappointment that the management of the Occidental Punta Cana Hotel did not allow the transportation to pick us up at the hotel. We had to walk to the security checkpoint at the entrance to reach our transportation. This was unacceptable. **I recommend Civitatis for these tours.**
My wife and I really enjoyed it. We thought it was a catamaran.
