The booking confirmation email includes a link where you can modify your reservation. Please note that we can only reschedule a transfer service according to the local supplier’s policies and availability.

I think I have paid but I haven’t received a confirmation email
The payment probably didn’t go through and your transfer service wasn’t booked. Please go back to your bookings and try again. If you’ve seen that the payment has gone through, maybe the email address was incorrect. In this case, please send us an email at booking@civitatis.com and we’ll solve it as soon as possible.

Can we book an 8-passenger-vehicle if we are 5 adults and 4 small children?
For safety and legal reasons, our local suppliers do not accept more than 8 passengers in this type of vehicle. Sorry for the inconveniences.

This depends on each city. Please check the time in advance you need to book a transfer service on each destination’s website.

What pick-up time do I have to indicate?
If you want to book an airport transfer, you must indicate the time the flight lands at the airport. If you wish to reserve a transfer service from your hotel to the airport, you MUST indicate the hour in which you wish us to come and pick you up, NOT the flight departure time.

Where do I find my flight number?
You will find the flight number either on the confirmation email you were sent by the airline company or on the flight ticket. The flight number usually has 2 letters and 4 numbers, for example, IB3506.

We arrive in different flights. Is it possible to hire one only transfer service?
It is not possible to book one transfer service if you arrive in different flights, as the chauffeur would have to wait more time in the airport if one of the flights is delayed.
